Other venues

There are many other venues that we can take you to such as the Gariep dam, Grassridge dam, Bridledrift dam and Mpofu dam as well as a few of the rivers. These are however all available to the general public and can be crowded at times. Some venues also do not permit camping, or overnight stays. These venues do, however remain an option and the Gariep and Mpofu dams especially are well worth a visit during summer.

Cultural, Historic and Nature tours

We also offer guided tours throughout the Eastern Cape. These could take you for a look at our culture and our past and present history, or we could take you to one or more of the many Nature reserves and Game Parks that abound in our region. A combination of all of these is, however, the best option.
Port Elizabeth, Grahamstown, East London Graaff Reinet, Cradock and King Williams Town and shrouded in History dating from the fossil ages and prehistoric man. Game Parks such as AddoNational Park, Mountain Zebra National Park, Shamwari, Kariega Game Reserve, Lalibela, Kwandwe and many more, are world renowned and offer not only the big 5 (Lion, Leopard, Elephant, Buffalo and Rhino) but in some cases the big 7 that now includes the Southern Wright Whale and the Great White Shark. These Parks all have their own unique bio diversities and are not rated the best in the world for nothing. They are a “must see” on any South African visit.
Our guides are all fully qualified, and comply with all the requirements of the National Qualifications Forum of South Africa. King Williams Town is rich in German History. Add in a Game Park or two and we can put together a great East Cape tour extending over a few days.
